The loan is itself is fine and the interest rates are great, but for you to charge me 10 dollars for me to make a payment online on my loan is greedy of you . There for I would not recommend you to a friend or family member who maybe looking for a financial institution

We are building a house and needed our daily limit raised. Our construction loan institution wired money to our TTCU account and they wouldn’t raise our limit so we could purchase a few things for the house before they sold out on Amazon. If you’re looking for a bank that will work with you then I highly recommend looking elsewhere. We will be moving our 5 accounts
away from this unhelpful bank.

I have been a customer of TTCU for Over 30 years. The customer service has never been as bad as it has now. I ordered a new debit card because mine was falling apart, not lost or stolen, on July, 12 2023. Two weeks went by and never received the card. I called and talked to their customer service. The lady told me that the computer shows still in the system and that it has been taking more then 10 days for card delivery. She said wait a week and call back if it is not received. I did that today. The customer servise told me that card was not ordered on the 12th, but August 1st. I said no it was ordered on the 12th. I told her I needed a new one because mine is falling apart, not lost. I told her to cancel the order and I would just go in to a branch and pick one up. OK so I get to work and need to use my card and it was declined because they canceled my account number against my wishes. I called and talked to a supervisor or manager who had an attitude, no customer service training at all. I ask him to turn my card back on, he Said he would not do that. He started arguing with me the customer. He should have said " we are sorry it was our mistake we will turn it back on asap" but he lacked the knowledge and training to say that. Just had a chip on his shoulder. I suggest no one use TTCU. They are a 2.5 billion dollar credit union and don't care about their customers. If it hadn't been for all the depositors since it was established, they wouldn't be in business. They are like Walmart, so much money that the customer doesn't matter......TTCU, before you respond and tell me you apologize, don't bother I don't believe it and I have already talked to a person in charge and they don't care.........good job ttcu.

Ttcu,is the best ;credit union Bank for me and I recommend it to everyone as they are there for you whenever you have a question on anything. If you need a loan or car loan or anything else;they will do their best to help you.when you think your down, well TTCUFCU will bring you up with one word: Congratulations, you're approved. That should put a smile on your face.

Dissatisfied by this institution mainly because of the fact that when I refinanced my car loan with them, the lady who helped me in person did not accurately record my SSN information. Now there is absolutely no way to verify my own info in order to make payments online, I have to call in person each month to pay by phone with the member number and they have to discontinue the call if I try to use my actual SSN, which in their records is inaccurate by 1 digit from MY ACTUAL SSN. Horrible customer service because of a mistake they made on day one.

TTCU is a wonderful institution. They offer great rates. I have checking, saving, and mortgage with them. I have had car loans in the past and was very satisfied with the rates. The people are kind, courteous, and offer lots of help. There is a drive through as well as online banking.

I have been with TTCU for over 10 years and used to be easy getting a hold of someone on the phone or getting a loan!
Now, the last several years, any type of loans takes days or even up to a week plus with excellent credit to hear from anyone. I am a business owner and I have just quit sending anyone to this credit union to apply for any loans as I just keep hearing horror story after another from my clients. My other lenders can have the loans approved and docusigned the same day in hours!
I called TTCU today to pay off a card and check balance. Can’t get even a live person on the phone after 30 minutes of trying and 6 phone calls later! Their phone system just routes you round and round!
