Relocation Asst: YES

Accepts Visas: YES

Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree. At least 3-5 years of heavy Ambulatory build experience, at least one year of MyChart build and implementation experience. Epic Ambulatory and MyChart certifications (or significant experience in MyChart if no certification).

Willing to live in the NYC metro and work onsite 2 days a week.
