Happy November, Rhubarbarians! It's official, the holidays are here! Thanksgiving, shorter days, longer nights, the "when can we start xmas" anxiety, and of course all the November seasonal produce.

What produce is in season in November?
The temps are definitely getting cooler and your farmers markets might be closed, but there are still so many fruits and veggies to eat this month! For this list we are going to focus on cranberries, brussels sprouts, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, spaghetti squash, apples, cauliflower, butternut squash, pears, and kale.

Cranberries are fruits that are in season from September to November. Raw cranberries are very tart and are rarely eaten raw as a snack.
