I have done it with Moringa bark! Now I want to use it. How large piece of Moringa / Drumstick tree bark and how to clean it?

I have tried this recipe with my own modifications. I have excluded red chillies, garlick and the bark of drumstick (as the last thing was not readily available). Yet the sauce came out very fine and in tasted like just the one we can get in a restaurant. We see a number of recipes on the web some require cooking and others not. But this recipe is the simplest and best.
